SECTION 01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bat339 ("the Platform"). By accessing bat339 through any device — desktop, mobile browser, or the bat339 app — and by creating an account or placing any wager, you accept these Terms in full without qualification.

bat339 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the bat339 platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms apply to all products available on bat339, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, PSL, football, Esports), live casino, slot games, table games, and any promotional offers associated with any of the above.

SECTION 02Account Registration

To use bat339 and place bets, you must register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details at all times.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You may not register on behalf of any other person.
• Your account credentials are personal and must not be shared with anyone.
• bat339 may request identity verification documents (CNIC, proof of address) at any stage.
• Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

bat339 uses your registration information solely for account management, payment processing, and service communications. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 03Deposits & Payments

All transactions on bat339 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bat339 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallet methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit.

• Deposits are credited to your bat339 wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
• bat339 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made to bat339 may only be used for gaming activity on the platform.
• bat339 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits at its discretion where fraud is suspected.
• Chargebacks initiated by players without prior resolution through bat339 support will result in immediate account suspension.

SECTION 04Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal from your bat339 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• bat339 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours during business days, though actual arrival depends on the payment provider.
• Funds acquired through bonus offers may carry specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 7.
• bat339 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

bat339 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or accounts where fraud or suspicious activity is under review.

SECTION 05Sports Betting Rules

bat339 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, and all international formats), football, Esports, and other sports listed on the Sports section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after placement except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and active.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement timeframe, bat339 will settle bets in accordance with the rules published for the specific sport and market at the time of placement.
• For in-play markets, bets placed after the relevant event has occurred (e.g., after a wicket has fallen in a ball-by-ball market) will be voided where the error can be confirmed.
• bat339 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by corrupted data, obvious pricing errors, or integrity concerns.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed on the bet slip at time of placement.

Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, delay in odds updates, or live data feeds constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the voiding of related bets and potential account suspension.

SECTION 06Casino & Slot Games

bat339's casino section includes live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slot games from third-party providers, and virtual table games. All games are provided by certified third-party software providers and operate on independently tested random number generators (RNGs).

• All casino and slot game results are determined by certified RNG systems. bat339 does not manually influence game outcomes.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is determined by the game provider and is displayed in the game's information panel.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering real PKR.
• Technical issues that interrupt a casino game session mid-round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's rules. In most cases, bets will be returned if a round cannot be completed.
• bat339 is not liable for losses incurred due to misunderstanding of game rules by the player.

SECTION 07Bonuses & Promotions

bat339 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All offers are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. General bonus rules apply as follows:

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds for sports bets, and expiry timeframes are stated on the individual promotion page.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bat339 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed with balances forfeited.

SECTION 08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat339. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Automated betting tools: using bots, scripts, or any software that places bets automatically or gains an unfair advantage over the platform.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, bonus offers, or betting markets.
• Match fixing: placing bets on any event you have prior knowledge of or have any involvement in influencing the outcome of.
• Bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts, using proxy registrations, or any other method to claim bonuses beyond what is permitted.
• Exploiting errors: knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing mistakes, or system errors on the platform.
• Money laundering: using bat339 as a vehicle to process or conceal illegally obtained funds.

bat339 actively monitors account activity using automated systems and manual review. Players found in breach of this section will have their accounts suspended without prior notice and will not be eligible for any appeal on withheld balances.

SECTION 09Account Suspension & Closure

bat339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious transaction activity or deposits flagged by payment processors.
• Requests from financial institutions or authorities relating to account activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at bat339's discretion. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (such as voluntary closure), your verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing checks.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bat339 customer support. Voluntary self-exclusion options are also available through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings.

SECTION 10Privacy & Data

bat339 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purposes outlined in that policy.

• bat339 collects registration data, transaction records, and gameplay data for account management and fraud prevention purposes.
• Your personal information is not sold or shared with third parties except where required for payment processing or legal compliance.
• bat339 uses industry-standard encryption to protect data transmitted through the platform.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or to request its deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.

SECTION 11Responsible Gaming

bat339 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable, accurate, and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or that live data feeds will be perfectly accurate at all times.

• bat339 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• bat339 is not liable for third-party payment provider delays outside of our control.
• bat339 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, odds formats, or market descriptions.
• In all cases, bat339's total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident in question.

SECTION 13Changes to These Terms

bat339 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. If material changes are made, bat339 may notify registered players via the contact information on their account.

Continued use of bat339 after changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
